A local digital marketing agency is celebrating its third anniversary following another record breaking and successful year of growth.
 
MiHi Digital, originally set up by Mark Worden from his living room on the Exeter Quayside, has worked with 46 new clients, taken on its second full time member of staff and seen turnover grow by a further 30% in the past 12 months.

Work has extended to another five countries and clients now include an international design studio, global logistics provider, a Visit England award-winning accommodation provider and an acclaimed Bafta and Emmy Nominated director of photography.

Director of MiHi Digital, Mark Worden said: “We’re coming to the end of another very successful year at MiHi. Having set up three years ago, the company has grown exponentially; this year alone we have seen 30% growth in turnover, which is rapidly growing as more and more businesses embrace the online world of marketing.”

Mark attributes the continued growth to a focus on delivering and explaining results: “As with all marketing you want to know what it is you’re getting and for that reason we’ve been keen to report on every area of online performance for our clients. It’s vital that any business fully understands the return they’re gaining when bringing in a specialist to support their activity and this is something that has proven to be particularly popular with our clients.”

During the last few months MiHi Digital has recruited its second member of staff, Ellis Taylor, and provided a full-time position for Amelia Chubb, following the completion of her apprenticeship.

Mark added: “We were delighted to offer Amelia a full-time position as a Digital Marketing Executive after completing her apprenticeship earlier this year and, were thrilled to recently welcome Digital Marketing Assistant Ellis Taylor, to the team.

“These are exciting times for MiHi Digital as we also look forward to relocating into a larger premises in just a few months. The new office will have dedicated training and meeting facilities, allowing us to expand the services we currently provide to clients.”
